Isabelle Hon-Lee
Executive Director & Co-founder
Isabelle is a senior business advisor to C-suite executives in renowned companies. Recognized for her outstanding contributions to the industry, Isabelle was nominated for the prestigious WXN's Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada award and emerged as a finalist for the 2020 Women in Payment's Rising Star award, a testament to her dedication and impact. Isabelle graduated from the University of Toronto, where she obtained her Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources (MIRHR) and Honours Bachelor of Arts (Distinction) degrees.

Virginia Zhao
Chief Marketing & Client Relations Officer, Co-founder
Virginia is a seasoned angel investor and business professional with experiences spanning the real estate, e-commerce, immigration and public policy industries. She has a Master of Marketing from King's College London, a Master of Public Administration, and an Honours Bachelor of Law degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University. As a certified early childhood educator specializing in concentration training, full brain development and potential enrichment, Virginia has played an instrumental role in helping her students achieve their full potential.

Linkko Bai
Chief Product Officer & Co-founder
Linkko is a Board member of UKET Education Group (UK) and Haosheng Creative Culture Co., Ltd. (China). Over the years, she designed multiple successful summer camp programs and joint degree programs. As an experienced corporate executive, she also serves on the Board of a renowned mining company and has directed many strategic initiatives that successfully drove significant business growth. Linkko graduated from the Birmingham City University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and completed a Master of Marketing and Management at Coventry University.
Speed Nan
Chief Operations Officer & Co-founder
Speed previously served as the CEO of Haosheng Creative Culture Communications Co., Ltd. in 2018 and successfully expanded the company's reach to other countries. He has designed and launched 10 summer programs in the UK and facilitated a 2+2+1 joint degree program for Jiangxi University of Technology (China) and the University of Derby (UK). Speed graduated from Aston University with a Master of Industrial Design and Management and completed a Master of International Business Management from the University of Exeter.
